Prof. Werner Sasse, who is the Real Pioneer of Korean Studies in Germany.
During 1970's, He created the first Department of Korean Studies at Bochum Unversity, as well as Hamburg University in Germany.
What he've researched is about Middle Age's Korean literature, which recently brought him to finish translation of famous literatures written during that time.
In addition he acts as the Research Prof of Center for Democracy, Human Rights & Peace, staying at Chonnam National University.
